Job Description:
1. Monitor coordinate GH's concerned w/h handling.
2. Monitor coordinate GH's concerned ramp handling.
3. Accept the flt/crew info and issued concerned movement pre alert notice to our local partners (such as crew taxi co./catering co./crew hotel/crew restaurant....).
4. ULD control and management job.
5. Communication job to our truck co. partner for import/export transit cargo.
6. Cargo customer service job.
7.Handle the cargo tracing cases which requested from the client.
8. Issuing the flt report while the flt departed from SPL.
9. Handle the issue which the manager requested.
Requirement：
1. Bilingual with English，Chinese speaking preferred
2. Legal work permit
3. Experience in Airlines Cargo Operation preferred

Job Description：Sales Assistant
Are you interested in working in airlines? Are you interested in China-US logistics? Are you passionate about learning from business leaders and hundreds of international companies? We are looking to build a team of detailed-oriented talents who are passionate about learning marketing skills and event planning knowledge.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily sales and customer service function for air shipments export and import. You will be the main point of contact for coordination between freight forwarders and ground handlings.
The shift for this position is: Five days per week, 9am-5:30pm(lunch break included)
Key Responsibilities:
• Completes coordination between all applicable parties for all air shipments for our customers;
• Ensures timely bookings, data entry , sales reports and other documentary works.
• Communicates regularly with customer in regards to customer’s shipment status as well as continuous communication with overseas departments for shipments issues;
• Meet KPI’s and tasks assigned by sales manager or upper level.
Skills / Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Air Freight industry experience preferred
• Mandarin is a plus
Job Types: Full-time in Chicago Airport
